This meal plan is part of a weekly series where I put together quick and easy dishes to help get you through the week. If you’re a foodie like me, then you know that sometimes all the meal possibilities can seem endless – and daunting – especially when you’ve got to juggle all your other responsibilities, too. After taking a week off to spend time with family in town, I’m back with this week’s meal plan – and only a few days away from the second biggest foodie holiday of the year, no less!
If you read these meal plans regularly, you might remember that when I posted the meal plan the week before Thanksgiving, I included a lot of “heavy” dinner options. The idea was that you could either make all the meals during the week like normal OR save all your cooking power and use the weekly meal plan as some suggestions for your main dish on Turkey Day.
Since this is the last meal plan I’ll post before Christmas, I went with a similar theme, designed to give you a few alternatives for your Christmas feast. OR, you could go for gold and just have an extremely tasty week by making everything. The choice is yours!
