"A meal plan to help you keep things tasty each week, including shrimp po boy sandwiches, honey garlic chicken, slow cooker alfredo, and more!"
Hey ya’ll! Happy Sunday!
This meal plan is part of a weekly series where I put together quick and easy dishes to help get you through the week. If you’re a foodie like me, then you know that sometimes all the meal possibilities can seem endless – and daunting – especially when you’ve got to juggle all your other responsibilities, too. Adulting is hard work, I know, but I’m here to help make it a little bit easier on you. If you’re looking for more ideas, you can view past meal plans here.
I had one of those weeks where 1) I was under the weather for a good portion of it and 2) I was in serious food craving mode. And for me, 2 is almost always a direct result of 1. I don’t know why, but whenever I don’t feel well I tend to crave the same type of food for days and days and days.
I’m telling you all this because for the past seven days, my meals have had a very significant theme: dishes with an eastern flair, specifically Japanese and Chinese.
It wasn’t until I finished this week’s meal plan that I noticed I picked even more recipes with this same theme. I didn’t mean for this to happen, but the good news is that the meal plan is just as awesome as it ever is. Heck, it almost makes me think I should do themed meal plans more often!
So now, without further ado, this week’s unintentionally-themed meal plan is below. Enjoy! This week's meal plan is UP! Check it out here >> http://homemadehooplah.com/weekly-meal-plan-52/Click To Tweet
