Hey ya’ll! Happy Sunday!
This is the start of what I hope to will be a brand new series of weekly meal plans. If you’re a foodie like me, then you know that sometimes all the meal possibilities can seem endless – and daunting – especially when you’ve got to juggle all your other responsibilities, too. Adulting is hard work, I know, but I’m here to help make it a little bit easier on you. Each week I’m going to collect a list of easy weeknight recipes (focusing on hassle-free, 30-minute-or-less meals), some tasty sides, a few indulgent desserts, and finish out the week with two more decadent dinners for the weekend.
Since this is my first meal plan, I tried to hit all the bases – seafood, beef, chicken, and pasta. I also included two desserts (both chocolate, cause I guess I’m in a semi-sweet kinda mood), two easy sides, and a yummy cocktail (because who’s week doesn’t need a good cocktail?). However, this menu plan is all about you, so I’d love to know: do you like what you see? Do you want to see more? And if so, more of what? Would you like me to add some breakfast options? I’m totally open to suggestions because ultimately these meal plans are for you. I’m knee deep in the foodie community so if you’re looking for a certain type of food or dish to make your week better, just let me know, because I can and will find it for you.
