"A meal plan to help you keep things tasty each week, including shrimp and corn risotto, simple mole chicken enchiladas, late summer vegetable soup, and more!"
Hey ya’ll! Happy Sunday!
This meal plan is part of a weekly series where I put together quick and easy dishes to help get you through the week. If you’re a foodie like me, then you know that sometimes all the meal possibilities can seem endless – and daunting – especially when you’ve got to juggle all your other responsibilities, too. Adulting is hard work, I know, but I’m here to help make it a little bit easier on you. If you’re looking for more ideas, you can view past meal plans here.
I’m just coming off a wonderful trip with my mother, and I gotta be honest: we totally indulged, going out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner most of days during her two-week trip. It was a great chance of pace for me, but now that she’s safe at home in Virginia I’m more than ready to get back to home-cooked meals. And this week’s meal plan has all the beginning-of-fall and end-of-summer comfort foods I’ve been dreaming of that no restaurant can recreate.
So without further ado, this week’s meal plan is below. Enjoy! This week's meal plan is UP! Check it out here >> http://homemadehooplah.com/weekly-meal-plan-week-30/Click To Tweet
