‣ 1 pound boudin sausage ‣ 8 ounce cream cheese, softened ‣ 8 ounce sour cream ‣ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ‣ 1/4 cup green onion, chopped and divided ‣ toasted bread, for dipping
In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese and sour cream until nice and smooth.
MIX THE CREAMS
Toss in the cheddar cheese, green onion, and the prepared + crumbled sausage with the cream cheese mixture, then use a spatula to gently mix them together.
