This fall-infused candy corn hot chocolate is made with a white chocolate base and thickened with heavy cream. Garnish it with marshmallows and fun sprinkles!
‣ 1/2 cup water ‣ 2/3 cup candy corn, or to taste ‣ 1 1/2 cups milk ‣ 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream ‣ 2/3 cup white chocolate chips, divided ‣ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract ‣ miniature marshmallows, for garnish (optional)
In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil, then toss in the candy corn. Cook and whisk until the candy corn is melted.
Reduce heat to medium, then whisk in the milk, heavy whipping cream, and white chocolate chips. Continue to cook and whisk until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Remove the saucepan from heat and whisk in the vanilla. Pour into tall glasses or mugs and granish with marshmallows.
