Jazz up iconic candy corn with these yellow, orange, and white layered candy corn pudding cups. Made with vanilla pudding, cool whip, and candy corn decoration.
‣ 10.2 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix, (2 5.1 ounce packages) ‣ 6 cups whole milk, cold ‣ orange food coloring ‣ 7 9-ounce clear plastic cups ‣ 8 ounces Cool Whip, softened ‣ candy corn ‣ orange and yellow sanding sugar
Get started by using the instant vanilla pudding mix and the whole milk to prepare the pudding per the package instructions on the box.
Once the pudding is prepared, divide it into two bowls: one bowl should have two cups worth of pudding while the other should have the remaining four cups.
Add a little bit of orange food coloring to the bowl with four cups of pudding, then mix well. Add as much food coloring as you need to reach the desired hue. For the bowl with two cups of pudding, there’s no need to add any food coloring; the yellow hue of the vanilla pudding will be more than enough color.
Begin filling the clear plastic cups by adding some of the "yellow" pudding.
Next, make a thick layer of orange pudding on top of the yellow pudding.
Finish off with a dollop of whipped cream to create the white layer.
Top the completed pudding cups with candy corn and festive sprinkles.
