INGREDIENTS

‣ 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips ‣ 1/2 cup unsalted butter ‣ 2 large eggs ‣ 3 large egg yolks ‣ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ‣ 1 cup powdered sugar ‣ 1/3 cup all-purpose flour ‣ 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder ‣ 1 pinch salt

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the bittersweet chocolate and butter together until smooth, then set it aside to cool slightly.

Mix together the eggs, egg yolks, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
