A festive dip that’s perfect for saltine toffee lovers! Ultra creamy chocolate with Heath toffee bits and dipped with your favorite salty crackers.
‣ 2 cup heavy whipping cream, very cold ‣ 1/3 cup powdered sugar ‣ 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder ‣ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ‣ 1 cup Heath toffee bits, plus more for topping ‣ sprinkles, for decorating (optional) ‣ saltine crackers, for dipping

Whip up the chocolate base by mixing the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla until the consistency is similar to fluffy frosting.

Turn off the mixer and gently fold in the Heath toffee bits.
