An easy overnight french toast casserole recipe made with crispy french bread, topped with brown sugar crumble, and sweetened with your favorite coffee creamer.
Coffee Creamer French Toast Casserole ‣ 6 large eggs ‣ 1 cup coffee creamer ‣ 1 cup milk ‣ 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed ‣ unsalted butter, for greasing the baking dish ‣ 1 pound french bread, cut into 1-inch cubes Brown Sugar Crumble Topping ‣ 1/2 cup all-purpose flour ‣ 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed ‣ 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ‣ 1 teaspoon fine sea salt ‣ 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, coffee creamer, milk, and some dark brown sugar.

Coat the baking dish in butter or cooking spray, then add cubed french bread. Once done, cover baking dish and place in the refrigerator overnight (ideally for at least 8 hours).

When ready to bake, prepare the brown sugar crumble by mixing flour, some brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Once mixed, add butter, then press and crumble until everything is combined.

Sprinkle brown sugar crumble on top of the french toast cassserole. Once done, send it off to bake!
