GRAPE JELLY MEATBALLS

Tender meatballs slow cooked in a sweet chili sauce made with grape jelly and chili sauce.

INGREDIENTS

‣ 2 pound meatballs ‣ 1 1/2 cup grape jelly ‣ 12 ounce chili sauce, (I used Heinz) ‣ 1 pinch cayenne pepper, (optional)

In a medium bowl, whisk together grape jelly, chili sauce, and cayenne pepper. Do your best to get the sauce smooth.

MIX THE SAUCE

Toss the frozen meatballs into a crock pot, then drizzle the grape jelly sauce on top. Use a spoon or spatula to quickly toss the meatballs to coat them. Once done, cover and cook.
