‣ 10 medium Roma tomatoes, chopped and seeded ‣ 1 cup white onion, chopped ‣ 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, minced ‣ 1 medium jalapeno, chopped, seeds removed ‣ 1/4 cup lime juice ‣ 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt, or to taste
In a large bowl, toss in the Roma tomatoes, white onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, and salt
Grab a spatula and thoroughly (but gently!) mix all of the ingredients together. Once done, let the salsa marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours.
