Turn the most comforting drink into a decadent party dip with this 4-ingredient hot chocolate dip, topped with marshmallows and served with cookies and fruit!
‣ 8 ounces cream cheese, softened ‣ 1 cup hot cocoa mix ‣ 7.5 ounces marshmallow creme ‣ 8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed ‣ mini marshmallows, for garnish (optional)
Kick things off by using a stand mixer (or hand mixer + large bowl) and whip the cream cheese until nice and fluffy.
Slowly mix in the hot cocoa mix.
Add the marshmallow creme and mix until smooth.
Turn off the mixer and use a spatula to gently fold in the Cool Whip.
