This easy cold Italian pasta salad packs a ton of flavor with Italian salami and freshly chopped veggies that are tossed with rotini pasta and Italian dressing.

INGREDIENTS

‣ 3 cup all-purpose flour, plus more for working dough ‣ 3/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed ‣ 1 tablespoon ground ginger ‣ 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon ‣ 3/4 teaspoon baking soda ‣ 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves ‣ 1/2 teaspoon salt ‣ 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened ‣ 3/4 cup molasses ‣ 2 tablespoon milk

Add the following ingredients to a large bowl: cooked pasta, Italian salami, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, red onion, grape tomatoes, mozzarella, black olives, parmesan cheese, Italian salad dressing, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.

ADD IT ALL TO A BOWL

Use a spatula or two spoons to gently toss everything together. Cover the bowl and chill for at least two hours.
