MANGO COLADA

This mango colada combines the classic mix of fresh pineapple and sweet coconut with tropical mango to create a frozen drink that's both cooling and refreshing.

INGREDIENTS

‣ 1 1/4 cup frozen pineapple ‣ 1 cup frozen mango ‣ 1/2 cup pineapple juice ‣ 1/3 cup cream of coconut ‣ 1/4 cup white rum ‣ 3 tablespoons coconut milk, optional ‣ mango slices, for garnish (optional)

To get started, add the frozen pineapple and frozen mango to a food processor.

ADD THE FRUIT

Pour in the pineapple juice.

ADD THE JUICE

Pour in the white rum. Feel free to use as little or as much as you'd like.

Add the cream of coconut. You can also add some coconut milk for a thinner drink.

Blend everything together until it's nice and smooth. Check the consistency and flavor and use more frozen fruit, juice, or coconut milk to adjust it to your liking.
