MINI S'MORES PIES

Simple and delicious, these mini s'mores pies are made with premade mini graham cracker crusts and filled with chocolate ganache and toasted marshmallow fluff.

INGREDIENTS

‣ 6 mini graham cracker pie crusts ‣ 6 ounce bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped ‣ 6 ounce heavy whipping cream ‣ 1 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff ‣ 6 mini Hershey bars, for topping (optional)

1 - SET UP YOUR WORK AREA

Place heavy whipping cream in a small saucepan, then warm the cream up over medium heat. Once the cream starts to simmer around the edges, quickly remove it from heat and pour it over the chocolate.

2 - HEAT UP THE CREAM

First things first, set up your work area. Arrange the mini graham cracker pie crusts on a baking sheet or large plate so that they’ll be easy to move around. Next, add the chopped chocolate to a large bowl. Set both aside for now.

Let the chocolate and cream sit for five minutes, then whisk until a smooth ganache forms.

MIX THE CHOCOLATE

Divide the chocolate ganache evenly between the graham cracker pie crusts. Once done, transfer the pie crusts to the fridge so the chocolate can set.

FILL THE MINI PIES

5 - ADD THE MARSHMALLOW FLUFF

Remove the pies from the fridge and top with marshmallow fluff. To get the full s’mores effect, use a kitchen torch to lightly brown the top of the marshmallow (but you can also skip this step if you’d like). Top with a mini Hershey bar.
