This sweet and creamy mint cheesecake dip is laced with mini chocolate chips and served with mint Oreo cookies for dipping. Plus, it’s ready in 15 minutes!
‣ 1 cup heavy whipping cream, very cold ‣ 1 cup powdered sugar ‣ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ‣ 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract ‣ 8 ounce cream cheese, softened ‣ green food coloring ‣ 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips ‣ 1 package Mint Oreos, for dipping
Using a stand mixer (or a hand mixer + large bowl), pour in peppermint extract, vanilla extract, heavy whipping cream, and powdered sugar. Set mixer speed to high and whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
Remove the whipped cream from the mixer, then add the cream cheese. Whip until smooth and creamy.
Gently mix the whipped peppermint cream and the cream cheese together with a spatula. If you’d like the dip to be green, add some green food coloring, a few drops at a time, and mix until the desired color is reached.
Add mini chocolate chips, then gently mix with the spatula.
