This super easy cheese ball keeps it simple with the basics and a slightly smoky taste. Great for serving as-is or using it as a base for your own creation!
‣ 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese ‣ 8 ounce cream cheese, softened ‣ 1/2 cup salted butter, softened ‣ 2 tablespoon milk ‣ 2 teaspoon steak sauce ‣ 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ‣ 1 cup pecans, finely chopped ‣ crackers, for dipping
1
In a large bowl, use a spatula to mix together the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, butter, milk, steak sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until nice and creamy.
2
Lay out a large piece of plastic wrap, then scoop the cheese ball mixture into the center. Lift up the sides of the plastic wrap and thoroughly wrap and cover the mixture, forming it into a ball. Once done, chill it!
3
On a clean work surface, spread out the chopped pecans. Unwrap the cheese ball and place on top of the pecans, then use your hands to cover and press the pecans into the outside of the cheese ball.
