S'MORES CHEESE BALL

Everything you love about s'mores in a fun, dippable form! A chocolate cheese ball covered in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and served with graham crackers.

INGREDIENTS

‣ 8 ounce cream cheese, softened ‣ 3/4 cup powdered sugar ‣ 1/2 cup salted butter, softened ‣ 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder ‣ 2 tablespoon light brown sugar ‣ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ‣ 1 cup mini chocolate chips, divided ‣ 1 cup dehydrated miniature marshmallows, divided ‣ graham crackers, for serving

Using a stand mixer (or a hand mixer + large bowl), whip together the following ingredients: cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, cocoa powder, light brown sugar, and vanilla extract.

WHIP THE BASE

ADD THE CHIPS AND MARSHMALLOWS

Turn off the mixer and add in some chocolate chips and marshmallows, using a spatula to fold them into the batter.

FORM A BALL

Lay out a piece of plastic wrap and scoop the cheese ball mixture into the center. Lift up the sides of the plastic wrap and cover the cheese ball. If needed, use a second piece of plastic wrap to secure all the edges. Once done, chill!

COAT THE OUTSIDE

Add some more mini chocolate chips and marshmallows to a bowl and mix them up. Unwrap the cheese ball and place it on a fun serving dish, then press the chocolate and marshmallows into the outside of the cheese ball.
