A refreshing watermelon alcoholic punch with hints of citrus and spiked with white rum. It’s the perfect watermelon cooler to beat the heat!
‣ 8 cups cubed seedless watermelon, 1 or 2 inch cubes ‣ 1 cup white rum ‣ 1 cup orange juice ‣ 1/2 cup lime juice ‣ 1 1/2 cups ginger beer
Toss the cubed watermelon into a food processor.
Blend the watermelon until nice and slushy.
Pour through a strainer to separate the thicker pulp and seeds. Go ahead and discard anything that’s in the strainer.
Transfer watermelon juice to a large pitcher.
Stir in light rum, orange juice, lime juice, and ginger beer.
