This meal plan is part of a weekly series where I put together quick and easy dishes to help get you through the week. If you’re a foodie like me, then you know that sometimes all the meal possibilities can seem endless – and daunting – especially when you’ve got to juggle all your other responsibilities, too. So, here we are, at the beginning of October, and I’m swamped. The holiday season is the busiest time of the year for a blogger like me, and that’s not even counting all of the time spent hanging out with friends, family visiting, or dealing with the weather here in Phoenix (season changes bring storms and storms usually bring about my migraines). All of these sort of came to a head last week and I wasn’t near as productive as I hoped it would be (whoops!)
But hey, it’s not all bad news! I’m so excited that it’s October (because hello, Halloween!) and that comfort food is in full swing. This week’s meal plan still has the best of both summer and winter, but before long it will be full on comfort food time. I can’t wait!
