This meal plan is part of a weekly series where I put together quick and easy dishes to help get you through the week. If you’re a foodie like me, then you know that sometimes all the meal possibilities can seem endless – and daunting – especially when you’ve got to juggle all your other responsibilities, too. Can you believe we’re at the end of October? It was only two weeks ago that I felt like this month would never end and then two seconds later we’re already up to the day before Halloween. Craziness! I mean, I’m looking forward to Halloween, but I have no idea where the last two weeks went.
So between taking care of a newly sick dog (our poor Jack Jack) and our impending Halloween festivities (I plan on watching Halloween movies and dressing up the dogs, assuming Jack Jack feels better), it’s bittersweet that October is coming to an end. I’ll certainly miss it, but I plan to go out with a bang! I hope you have some fun & spooky plans to look forward to, too.
