This meal plan is part of a weekly series where I put together quick and easy dishes to help get you through the week. For those of you in the US, I hope you had a great Thanksgiving!
We celebrated this year, and I’m happy to say, it was a pretty mellow celebration in my neck of the woods. We went over to the neighbors and had dinner with their in-laws – which, incidentally, meant I didn’t have to cook a thing! Score! – followed by drinking wine and watching comedy specials. Was a perfectly mellow day with good food and good people.
Over the past week, the Husband and I also celebrated our birthdays with a steak dinner (him) and a day lounging on the couch watching Gilmore Girls (me). Seriously, if only every week could be like the past seven days, I’d be one happy camper.
