This meal plan is part of a weekly series where I put together quick and easy dishes to help get you through the week. If you’re a foodie like me, then you know that sometimes all the meal possibilities can seem endless – and daunting – especially when you’ve got to juggle all your other responsibilities, too. I don’t know about you guys, but I’m still feeling a little “cooked out” from Thanksgiving last week. And I know the December holidays will soon be upon us, but I still seem to be in that bubble where I’m just not ready to really get back in the kitchen yet. I want to enjoy some culinary laziness just a little while longer.
So, it’s in that spirit that this week’s meal plan came together: there’s lots of one-pot easy meals you can put together in a flash. But for those of you super cooks who are already back in the kitchen, fear not! There’s still a few dishes you can use to show off your culinary skills, too.
