This meal plan is part of a weekly series where I put together quick and easy dishes to help get you through the week. If you’re a foodie like me, then you know that sometimes all the meal possibilities can seem endless – and daunting – especially when you’ve got to juggle all your other responsibilities, too. I know many of you are snowed in right now, but hopefully you managed to grab the bare essentials before the snow started to stick, because it sounds like yet another storm (or two?) is on the way. Craziness!
I guess this is how the weather works now: all the winter weather is crammed into one week. Or, better yet, every season is crammed into one week. It’s true feast or famine these days.
But like I said, if you’re snowed in, I hope your kitchen is still stocked, because this week’s meal plan has some great ideas for stay-in Valentine’s Day meals. Which, if the weather has anything to say about it, might end up being the only option this year if you want to celebrate on the 14th this year.
