This meal plan is part of a weekly series where I put together quick and easy dishes to help get you through the week. If you’re a foodie like me, then you know that sometimes all the meal possibilities can seem endless – and daunting – especially when you’ve got to juggle all your other responsibilities, too. I know I talk about the weather a lot in these meal plans, but you guys, at this rate I’m going to need an arch to go to the grocery store. The heavy rains from California have made their way to Phoenix and the valley of the sun has been given a thorough bath over the past few days. And in these here parts, rain does to drivers what snow and ice does to the rest of the country, so I’ve been staying indoors (and off the road) as much as possible.
But the good news about all this hum-drum weather and dangerous driving conditions? I get to ogle (even more) food all day long, and some of my favorite finds are in the meal plan below.
