This meal plan is part of a weekly series where I put together quick and easy dishes to help get you through the week. If you’re a foodie like me, then you know that sometimes all the meal possibilities can seem endless – and daunting – especially when you’ve got to juggle all your other responsibilities, too. I had one of those weeks where 1) I was under the weather for a good portion of it and 2) I was in serious food craving mode. And for me, 2 is almost always a direct result of 1. I don’t know why, but whenever I don’t feel well I tend to crave the same type of food for days and days and days.
I’m telling you all this because for the past seven days, my meals have had a very significant theme: dishes with an eastern flair, specifically Japanese and Chinese.
It wasn’t until I finished this week’s meal plan that I noticed I picked even more recipes with this same theme. I didn’t mean for this to happen, but the good news is that the meal plan is just as awesome as it ever is. Heck, it almost makes me think I should do themed meal plans more often!
