We’re inches away from May, the weather is warming up, and all of it has me in a weird headspace. On the one hand, I’m not ready to give up super heavy, indulgent, savory foods, while on the other I’ve been craving light and sweets fruits.
This week’s meal plan is a reflection of that foodie indecision, with a combination of apples and mangos with stews and casseroles. It’s like the best of both worlds.
