This meal plan is part of a weekly series where I put together quick and easy dishes to help get you through the week. If you’re a foodie like me, then you know that sometimes all the meal possibilities can seem endless – and daunting – especially when you’ve got to juggle all your other responsibilities, too. I hope you had a great week! Or, at the very least, I hope you had a better week than mine. I had a wisdom tooth removed on Monday (ugh) and then we had all of our insulation removed and replaced with spray foam on Wednesday (yeesh). So between my recovery and having an endless amount of strangers in my house (that my little army of dogs constantly barked at) I am do done with this week. DONE. Fanito. Onward to the third week of May!
