This meal plan is part of a weekly series where I put together quick and easy dishes to help get you through the week. If you’re a foodie like me, then you know that sometimes all the meal possibilities can seem endless – and daunting – especially when you’ve got to juggle all your other responsibilities, too. At this point in summer, I’m all about the finger food, and that’s totally evident by this week’s meal plan. If it comes on a bun, is wrapped in a tortilla, or is dipped in a sauce, then you can bet dollars to donuts (mm, donuts) I’m totally on board. Plus, those types of foods tend to make perfect dinner for carefree summer parties. All this great weather will be gone before you know it, so best to take advantage of it while we can!
