This meal plan is part of a weekly series where I put together quick and easy dishes to help get you through the week. I’m just coming off a wonderful trip with my mother, and I gotta be honest: we totally indulged, going out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner most of days during her two-week trip. It was a great chance of pace for me, but now that she’s safe at home in Virginia I’m more than ready to get back to home-cooked meals. And this week’s meal plan has all the beginning-of-fall and end-of-summer comfort foods I’ve been dreaming of that no restaurant can recreate.
