In the first muffin tin, add brownie batter to the cups so that they are 2/3 full.
Place the second muffin tin on top of the first muffin tin, lining up the cups so that the bottom of the second tin is touching the brownie batter (ie - stack the muffin tins). Gently press down on the top muffin tin until a small amount of brownie batter can be seen pushing up around the sides.
Bake brownies in the oven per package or recipe instructions, reducing cook time by 2-3 minutes. Allow brownies to cool 5 minutes.
Putting it all Together
Pop brownie cups out of the muffin tin. If needed, use a butter knife and gently lift around edges to release brownies.
Remove cheesecake filling from the refrigerator. Add M&M's and gently fold together with a spatula. If desired, leave some M&M's for garnish.
Scoop out roughly 2-4 tablespoons of cheesecake filling and place in center of brownie cup. Add additional M&M's on top as desired.
Drizzle caramel sauce on top of cheesecake filling. If caramel sauce is too thick, heat in the microwave 5 seconds at a time until desired consistency.
Can be served immediately or kept frozen until serving.
