Unpackage the spiral sliced ham and remove any flavor packets or baking bags. Place ham in a roasting pan so that the spirals are visible along the top of the ham. For best results, use an oven safe thermometer to ensure the inside is heated through to 145 degrees F.
Bake ham for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
When cook time is nearly complete, combine light brown sugar, salt, and cornstarch in a small saucepan, then whisk together.
Add honey mustard, lemon juice, and crush pineapple to saucepan. Begin to warm over medium heat and cook, whisking constantly, until glaze begins to boil. Cook for 1 additional minute, then remove from heat. If desired, transfer to another bowl for easier handling.
Remove ham from oven and spoon on glaze, making sure to press glaze between the slices. Once you've finished glazing, if any outside slices have fallen or become loose, you can use toothpicks to reattach the slices (just make sure to spear the toothpicks downward so that they stay in place).
Return ham to oven and bake for another 30 minutes. If using a thermometer, ensure that inside temp is at least 145 degrees F.
Cut and serve ham immediately.
