These Peeps s'mores are broiled in a dish on a bed of chocolate, creating a sweet, gooey perfection that's perfect for dipping with graham crackers or cookies.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to HIGH broil.
  • In a shallow, oven-safe dish of your choice, add chocolate chips and spread into an even layer.
    3 cup milk chocolate chips
  • Arrange Peeps on top of chocolate chips, covering as much of the chocolate as you can. Don't be afraid to squeeze as many Peeps in as you can.

  • Set prepared dish in the oven and allow to broil for 1-2 minutes or until the tops of Peeps are lightly browned. Be careful; Peeps can burn quickly, so keep an eye on them!
  • Serve Peep s'mores immediately with graham crackers for dipping. If you find that the chocolate has not melted enough or has cooled over time, you can microwave the dish (usually 15-30 seconds will do) OR you can set the oven to 350 degrees F and bake the s'mores for another 2-5 minutes.
