In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add blended watermelon, brown sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and mustard. Cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the sauce has thickened and reduced by half.
Remove saucepan from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately as desired.
Recipe makes about 1 cup watermelon bbq sauce.
