With tasty layers of bittersweet Guinness and creamy Kahlua, these coffee-infused jello shots are perfect for stout lovers or St Patrick's Day celebrations.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring 1 1/2 cup water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat.

In a large bowl, add water and 4 packages of gelatin. Whisk quickly until gelatin is dissolved.

Add Guinness to gelatin mixture and whisk quickly until combined.

Using a funnel or injector, pour gelatin into shot cups, smoothing or spooning out any bubbles that form on top. Fill cups about 3/4 of the way full.
Place jello shots in the refrigerator and let set for at least 1-2 hours or until set and firm.
Once Guinness layer has set, boil the remaining 1/2 cup water.

In a medium bowl, add the boiled water, Kahlua, whipped cream vodka, and the last gelatin packet. Using a hand mixer, whip until half of the mixture is frothy, about 2-3 minutes.
1/4 cup Kahlua, 1/4 cup whipped cream vodka, 1 1/4 ounce unflavored gelatin
Using a funnel or injector, top the Guinness layer in the jello shots with the frothy mixture. About halfway through, whip the mixture again to keep it frothy.
Place finished jello shots in the refrigerator and let set for at least 1 hour.
