Capture the taste of summer with these delicious four-ingredient strawberry popsicles. Easy to customize and can be made with fresh or frozen strawberries.
OPTIONAL STEP: In a large bowl, add frozen strawberries and granulated sugar, then toss to coat. Allow strawberries to sit for 20 minutes so sugar and draw out the juices.
In a food processor, add water, strawberries, sugar, and vanilla extract. Pulse and blend until ingredients are smooth or desired texture is reached, about 2-3 minutes.
If you have not already done so, either insert popsicle sticks into your popsicle mold OR check the instructions for your specific mold set for when they recommend the sticks be added.
Use a spoon or ladle to pour the strawberry mixutre into popsicle molds, filling up to the top.
Place completed strawberry popsicles in the freezer and let freeze for at least 4 hours.
Pop popsicles out of the mold (if needed, check the instructions for your specific mold set for releasing tips) and enjoy as desired.
